Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Synopsis: The book is in the voice of three characters, Joey, Freddie, and Jenna. All of which have connections with Tom Fitzwilliam. Joey being his new neighbor, Freddie being his son, and Jenna being one of his students. Tom Fitzwilliam is the headmaster of a school – a real hero to the masses – and he and his family live in Melville Heights. A quite prestigious neighbourhood where someone is definitely not murdered in their kitchen – but someone is always watching.
Review: Okay I have to admit – this is my first Lisa Jewell book but I do own “Then She Was Gone” and “I Found You” but haven’t gotten around to reading them yet. And I think I will move them higher up my list after this book!
Watching You has a lot of characters and just when you think you have someone figured out – they turn around and do something unexpected. I really thought I had the whole book figured out and then she threw another loop in and I sort of recovered and then another loop was thrown in and I was lost all over again. I absolutely love when authors can do this!
