What a book.
This one leaves you with a lot of questions. I recommend the read! It’s about a highly secretive Area X where the only people who know anything about it are the ones who’ve gone in but haven’t come out.
The book is haunting, thrilling, and intense.
It was also made into a movie – which was different in a lot of aspects from the novel, but also similar. I really enjoyed it and would recommend both!
The book is the first in a trilogy and I’ll definitely pick up the second two to see how author, Jeff Vandermeer elaborates on Area X.
