The Bookish Life of Nina Hill by Abbi Waxman

The Bookish Life of Nina Hill by Abbi Waxman – 4/5⭐️

Okay so I forgot to post this review for a few weeks but here it is! I really enjoyed this one! I listened to this on audiobook and found it so easy to listen to and it was such a fun audiobook! I highly recommend this format. The book was quick and laugh out loud funny at some points!

Nina is very bookish. Just like a lot of us!! I’m definitely not as extreme in my organizational skills as she is, but the love of books and bookshelves is very real. This book follows Nina as she finds out who her father is, that he’s suddenly died, but he left her a huge family to get to know and something in his will! Nina also suffers with anxiety and I liked that this book talked a lot about this because we all suffer here to some extent or know someone close to us that does. There’s a great story here and I loved following along. Of course, there is also a love interest, Tom! This book may be a bit predictable but I love listening to easy and fun audiobooks while driving or exercising and this one definitely kept me engaged. Plus there are a lot of book references.
