The Last Mrs. Parrish by Liv Constantine – *3.5/5*
So the first half of this book is in the voice of Amber Patterson and the second half switched to the voice of Daphne Parrish. I didn’t know this going into the book and I really enjoyed the switch. So I really loved the first half of the book. It had a good story line that I found entertaining. Amber wants Daphne’s life and she’s absolutely insane enough to try and take it. So she works her magic to become her closest friend, preying on Daphne’s kindness and getting closer to her handsome and rich husband, Jackson. Amber wants the fairytale life that Daphne lives and she’s willing to do anything to take it.
So this one is dramatic with little twists and turns but I didn’t like the second half of the book as much. I still liked Daphne’s voice, I just found it predicable and not very shocking.
