Black Lives Matter – Your TBR

This is one of the big ways I feel I can help. Read, recommend, support, and buy books written by Black authors. Some of these I’ve read and some I haven’t. But I promise to continue reading.

I’ve also purchased these in either physical form or ebook:
-White Fragility by Robin DiAngelo
-Me and White Supremacy by Layla Saad
-The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennet
-This is Kind if an Epic Love Story by Callender
-All Boys Aren’t Blue by George M Johnson
-The Skin We’re In by Desmond Cole
-Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson
-The Nickel Boys by Colson Whitehead

I also have these audiobooks lined up in the queue:
-Red at the Bone by Jacqueline Woodson
-Sun a Fun Age by Kiley Reid
-Black Girl Unlimited by Echo Brown
-These Ghosts Are Family by Maisy Card
-The Boyfriend Project by Farrah Rochon

A few more that I’ve read & listened too but don’t have physical copies of:
-The Right Swipe by Alisha Rai
-Royal Holiday by Jasmine Guillory
-Get a Life Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert
-My sister, The Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite
-Becoming by Michelle Obama

Please save for reference! This will be an ever growing collection and of course there are SO many more!❤️

  1. I was able to snag Me and White Supremacy while it was on sale for Kindle and my social work professors used to rave about White Fragility! I’ll have to try and get a copy (if they aren’t sold out everywhere)
